The 2026 Annual Session vendor registration is open now! – See the registration form at the bottom of the page.

The 2026 Annual Session of the Alberta Society of Orthodontists will be held at Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in Banff, Alberta on Friday, March 13th and Saturday, March 14th, 2026. The vendor booth set-up will be on Thursday, March 12th, 2026.

Sponsorship Levels

Bronze Sponsorship – $2,000.00

• • 1 rep attendee (meals included except Friday night dinner)
  • 1 booth (1 table, 2 chairs, cloth and wi-fi)
  • Mention on the website, and in session hand-outs

Silver Sponsorship – $3,000.00 (limit of 3)

• • 1 rep attendee (meals included except Friday night dinner)
  • 1 booth (1 table, 2 chairs, cloth and wi-fi)
  • Mention on the website, poster ad at break, and in-session hand-outs in order of sponsorship level
  • Choice of one break sponsorship: Friday am / Friday pm / Saturday am

Gold Sponsorship – $4, 000.00 (limit of 3)

• • 1 rep attendee (meals included except Friday night dinner)
  • 1 booth (1 table, 2 chairs, cloth, wi-fi and power) with priority selection of location
  • Mention on the website, poster ad at meal, and in-session hand-outs in order of sponsorship level
  • Choice of one meal sponsorship: Friday breakfast / Friday lunch / Saturday breakfast

Platinum Sponsorship – $5,500.00 (limit of 2)

• • 2 rep attendees (meals included except Friday night dinner)
  • 1 booth (1 table, 2 chairs, cloth, wi-fi and power) with prime location
  • Primary mention on the website and at sessions, poster ads throughout the day, additional advertising, and in-session handouts in order of sponsorship level

Diamond Sponsorship – $9,500.00 (limit of 1) 

• • Same as Platinum with:
    • Friday night dinner sponsorship and set up at the dinner in the Cascade Ballroom (1 available)
    • Set-up in the lecture hall (1 available)
    • 5-minute speaking opportunity during Friday night dinner

Sponsorship Add-ons

• Additional Booth Representative – $269.00
• Additional Booth (Includes 1 Rep) – $1,500.00
• Additional Banquet Ticket – $100.00
  • Friday night dinner for 1 rep
  • Our vendor sponsorships don’t include Friday night dinner but it can be purchased as an add-on.

Speaker Sponsorship

• Special mention in the introduction
• Mention on the website and in-session hand-outs
